Shipwrecked At The Royal Oak was Milk's Third album. It was recorded by Milko, Greg Craske and Jack Jensen in Inner city rentals and a haunted pub and mixed by Dave Nelson. It was Milk's last official album before they called it quits in 2008/09. It heaves with songs about everyday folk searching for their own form of gold; be it metal, or metaphysical. All the songs are written by Helen Begley and arranged by Milk.
